What are the policies for Returns & refunds?

Saat kahon return policy is only applicable two of the following cases


A. In case any wrong/damaged product reached you and the fault is from our side. OR
B. In case you ordered
I. The wrong product Or
II. The wrong size of the product Or
III. Want to return the order you receive it for personal reason.

For the First Case (Case A)
All kinds of shipping charges will be beared by Saat Kahon. But we must be contacted within 24 hours from the product delivery. We require you to submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.

For the Second Case (Case B)
Once the product is shipped/Out for delivery you can not cancel the order. Until you receive it. After you receive it you have to bear the courier charges for sending the product you purchased back to the address given below or if you can/if you are from Kolkata, you can also deliver it yourself to this address, which ever is beneficial. We will pay back your purchased amount only after receive the product. In case the product comes damaged conditions in any way penalties must be paid by customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

The amount we pay back is the total amount you paid except the shipping charges during your actual purchase but we can offer a compensation via Credit coupon, we will credit you with a Rs.25 coupons in your account. Total payable amount is transfer to the payment baking ac with in a 9-10 banking days.

Damaged or Defective goods. 

We maintain a less than 1% defect rate, we try our level best to deliver your packages to you in the best manner, but in case of any damages, please write to us at support@saatkahonshop.com within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the photo of the damaged goods in order to verify the same, please mention your order number as well.  Any claims made after 24 hours of receiving the package will not be entertained.

We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue. Since each product is freshly made for you, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it or prefer a different product. The most important aspects of our returns & refund policies are: We must be contacted within 24 hours from the delivery of any defects.
We require you to submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem. We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required. A refund will be provided in form of reverse payment which will reflect
in your account within 9-10 working days, working days if we verify that we made an error on in other case after we receive and review the returned goods. (Only applicable for defective and damaged goods that were received by the customer) Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. What do you mean by a 100% satisfaction guarantee?

If there’s a quality problem with your order, contact us and we will replace any defective units for free.

I didn’t receive a product in my package/missing product. 

In such case, please write to us at support@saatkahonshop.com, attached with an image of the goods within 48 hours of receiving theshipment and our team will investigate the same and either dispatch a new package for your or provide you a refund in form of store credits or a transfer whichever is preferred by the customer. 

Can I return my order if I do not like it?

If there is a problem with your order, contact us and attach a photograph that indicates the problem and we will address it accordingly. Quality issues are rare, but they happen on occasion and we strive to address them as fast as possible. Since each product of our is freshly made for you, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. made after 24 hours of receiving the package will not be entertained. Returns and refunds are not applicable on customised products and stickers, notebooks, laptop covers a 10% difference may occur in screen colour and print colour due to screen brightness. Please note the goods are to be shipped by the customer and cost for the same must be borne by the customer to the address below:

Saatkahon will in no way provide any refunds for products that are used or damaged by the user. Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. Shipping charges are strictly to be borne by the consignee.
